📦 Shipping 📦

Where do you ship from?

I ship from Australia! The store's default currency is AUD :)

How much is shipping within Australia?

  • Stickers Only - $2 (Untracked)
  • Stickers & Sticker Sheets Only - $4 (Untracked) Orders with 7+ sticker sheets will be upgraded to the higher shipping cost
  • 0-250g Parcel - $10 Standard, $14 Express (Tracked)
  • 251 - 500g Parcel - $11.50 Standard, $15 Express (Tracked)
  • Free shipping on orders $70+! The cheapest option will be used for shipping , which may include untracked mail. If you want guaranteed tracking, please select the option at check out :)

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Free shipping is currently not available for international orders (sorry!)

How long will my order take to arrive?

Upon receiving your order, I will pack it up within 5 business days, and once I've sent it off, you will receive your tracking number.

Sticker & Sticker Sheets only mail will not recieve a tracking number. Free shipping may also not include a tracking number.

Shipping estimates:

Shipping within Australia: 1 week

International Shipping: 2-8 weeks

International mail can be affected by many factors! Please be patient as your order makes its way to you.

If your order has still not arrived after the estimated time has passed, please contact me via email for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and New Zealand. Other countries will be added in the future!

I put the wrong address in, can I change it?

Please contact me as soon as possible by email! Once your order is dispatched it will be out my hands and I won't be able to change it.

I need something by a certain date

Unfortunately, I am unable to guarantee any delivery dates. If you are buying for an occasion, please plan accordingly.

Customs

Customs fees and procedures vary by destination country and you should be familiar with the procedures that apply to you! I will not take responsibility for paying VAT/customs fees so please be sure before making a purchase.

💳 Returns, Refunds, & Payment 💳

Can I shop in USD?

Yes! You can use the currency converter on my store to see prices displayed in USD instead of AUD. If you pay using Paypal or Shopify's native 'Shop', it will handle any currency conversion for you at the gateway's going rate. Your bank or card provider likely also offers this service, with a conversion fee.

Do you accept change-of-mind refunds/returns?

As I am a very small business, I can't afford to accept change-of-mind refunds or returns. The cost to ship things back to me is often as much as or more than the order, so accepting returns is not viable for me. If there is a problem with your order - missing items, or not as described, please contact me!

Please also note, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

What happens if my order is lost?

Most orders are shipped with tracking. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, I'll first go through the postal carrier’s process for locating lost packages. If there’s no resolution after 14 days from the date of reaching out to the postal service, I'll arrange a full refund or replacement — whichever works best for you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

I carefully pack all orders, but if something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, let me know as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the item and packaging. I'll do my best to resolve it — usually with a replacement or partial refund.

Please also note, refunds or exchanges will not be be given for damages caused by the post. Once your package has been dispatched it is out of my hands and I currently can't afford to cover this loss! If there are defects or issues with the product itself (not caused by the post), please contact me by email as soon as possible.
